The Midwest is blessed with an abundance of wildlife. In the state of Indiana, the deer run rampant in the corn fields. Sorrowfully, many of these amazingly graceful animals lose their lives in disastrous ways. My heart sinks whenever I see their still bodies. I discovered a way to immerge the deer into a new transition. My one-of-a-kind handbags have become a symbol to this glorious animal. The handle is the deer’s original antler. The deer skin is supple, warm in appearance, and deserves to be touched. So, when a person carries my bag, I know that in my heart, they too will “Feel the Spirit.”
